I was very appreciative that the salesperson, Shane Morrow, was willing to attend a Wednesday evening meeting with the Board of Directors. It was important for the board to hear his suggestions to upgrade our system and to answer questions. He made a good impression – making it a done deal. We were very pleased with the assistance we got with updating our system – the installation and how it has worked since its installation. It is comforting to know we are properly alarmed (security and fire) and that we have a user-friendly accountability system. It has allowed us to consider eliminating some old habits and made us more user friendly.

I wanted to write a very quick note, but with a very heartfelt “THANK YOU” for your recent work after our cyber-attack. Needless to say, we were all dismayed in the offices and hit a point where no one could access any data files from our server. We quickly learned that our system had been penetrated with rogue files and we could have effectively been held for ransom. With the quick action of your staff, you were able to not only eliminate the threat form our system, but fully restore all data files from the back-ups which are continuously created. Fortunately for us this incident provided only a minor inconvenience in terms of our normal work flow, and caused no real damage or financial harm to my business, which I am eternally grateful for.
