I wanted to write a very quick note, but with a very heartfelt “THANK YOU” for your recent work after our cyber-attack. Needless to say, we were all dismayed in the offices and hit a point where no one could access any data files from our server. We quickly learned that our system had been penetrated with rogue files and we could have effectively been held for ransom. With the quick action of your staff, you were able to not only eliminate the threat form our system, but fully restore all data files from the back-ups which are continuously created. Fortunately for us this incident provided only a minor inconvenience in terms of our normal work flow, and caused no real damage or financial harm to my business, which I am eternally grateful for. Please convey this message to all of your staff members and I thank you and them for your excellent service and attention paid to my business.
